Greg Jack

Director

Greg joined BCforward in 2009 and serves as Director at Stafforward where he is responsible for the overall performance of the organization. Greg has more than 13 years of experience in the staffing industry, with a background in business development, operations management and human resources. Previously, Greg was Vice President of Operations at Product Action where he worked for more than 12 years developing strategic workforce solutions in the manufacturing, medical and military markets. As a partner with Fortune 500 companies, Greg served as an advisor on outsourcing solutions to executives at companies like GM, Chrysler and Honda. He was also responsible for the day-to-day operation of more than 25 offices across the US, Canada and Mexico, developing over 100 million in revenue.

Gina Serf

Business Development

Gina joined the Stafforward team in the summer of 2010 after 14 consecutive years serving Indianapolis companies as a staffing partner. Gina’s focus is to continue developing and building solid business relationships by providing value-added services. Her understanding of our industry and the challenges inherent to the employment process make her invaluable to our clients. Her positive and energetic attitude continues to provide clients with an innovative approach to their staffing needs. Gina’s focus on teamwork and communication has enabled her to attain new and unique solutions for client challenges. Commitment to the continued growth of our Indianapolis and national clients is a driving force for Gina. By utilizing key resources, including IndySHRM and National Minority Supplier Development Council Annual Conference, she works to foster a network of trusting and loyal relationships. Gina earned a bachelor of science from Indiana University. In her free time, Gina enjoys volunteering, working out, attending concerts or any sporting event, and spending time with family and friends.

Jessica Rutledge

Account Recruiting Manager

Jessica Rutledge joined BCforward in 2013 and serves as an Account Recruiting Manager for Stafforward. With over 8 years of experience in the staffing and services industry she has dedicated herself to developing successful recruiting teams and relationships to help grow the company. Jessica graduated from Indiana State University with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing. She currently resides in Mooresville, IN with her husband and their dog. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, cooking, and spending time with friends and family.

Ryan Hollaway

Recruiter

Ryan Holloway joined Stafforward in 2018 as a Recruiter. He is a graduate of Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business with degrees in Business Management and Human Resources Management. Ryan began his career in the transportation industry and has gained eight years of staffing experience.

Colleen Huff

Account Recruiting Manager

Colleen Huff joined BCforward in 2015 and serves as one of the Account Recruiting Managers for Stafforward. Over the years, Colleen has held many job titles such as Onboarding Coordinator, Onboarding Manager and Resource Care Manager. Her years of experience in human resources and recruiting has helped grow the company in the staffing and services industry. She graduated from Indiana State University and currently resides in Fishers, IN with her husband, three kids and their dogs. In her free time, Colleen enjoys cooking, art projects with the kids and relaxing with a glass of wine.

Teddy Gehlhausen

National Account Manager

Teddy joined Stafforward in 2016 and currently serves as a National Account Manager. With nearly a decade of experience in the staffing industry, Teddy is regarded as a resourceful problem solver with a positive, effective communication style, a strong ability to help people succeed, and the ability to provide leadership and build trusted business relationships. Teddy earned her Bachelor’s Degree from Indiana University in Bloomington and in her free time enjoys spending time with her husband and two kids.

Craig Suhre

Recruiter

Craig Suhre joined Stafforward in 2015 and serves as one of the dedicated recruiters. Over the years, Craig has worn many hats such as Staff Coordinator, Onsite Stafforward Supervisor, and Recruiter. He went to IUPUI and studied Business Administration. He currently resides in Franklin Township with his daughter and their cat. In his free time, Craig enjoys watching sports and crackin’ open a cold one.
